Fresh Fruit Smoothie Courtesy Of: Sysco Corporation Fresh Fruit Smoothie 36 Fresh plums, coarsely chopped 4 ounces Cranberry concentrate, frozen 1-1/2 qt. Water 4 qt. Sysco Natural orange juice 2 lb. Sysco Brand strawberries, hulled, fresh or frozen 1 lb. Ripe bananas, peeled, quartered 2 cups Plain nonfat yogurt As needed Ice Combine orange juice, strawberries, bananas and yogurt in electric blender. Blend smooth; chill
Portion 10 ounces fruit mixture for each serving; shake or blend to order.
Pour over ice in Tom Collins glass.
VARIATIONS: use cranberry juice or pineapple juice for half the amount of orange juice.
