Sysco Natural fresh parsley, chopped 1-1/2 Tbsp. Sysco Imperial/McCormick lemmon pepper 1-1/2 Tbsp. Sysco Natural garlic, minced 1-1/2 Tbsp. Sysco Natural fresh oregano, minced 1/2 cup. Sysco International Supreme olive oil 5 shells, 12-inch diameter Arrezzio thin crust Italian bread shells 1-1/4 qts. Sysco Imperial tomatoes, chopped 50. Sysco Imperial Kalamata olives, pitted and slivered 1-1/2 lbs. Sysco Imperial feta cheese, crumbled Combine turkey strips, onion, parsley, lemon pepper, garlic and oregano.
Sauté mixture in oil over medium-high heat, 5 to 7 minutes.
Place pizza shell on baking sheet. Top with turkey mixture, tomatoes, olives and cheese.
Bake at 450ºF. for 10 to 12 minutes, or until heated throughout and cheese slightly melted.
