BBQ Pulled Beef Sandwich Courtesy Of: Heinz Canada BBQ Pulled Beef Sandwich 25 Servings 3 Kg or 6 lbs Beef roast, boneless 30 mL or 2 Tbsp Oil 1.5 L or 6 cups Onions, chopped 1.125 L or 4 ½ cups Celery, chopped 550 mL or 2 ¼ cups Green pepper, chopped 10 mL or 2 tsp Garlic Powder 100 mL or 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce 775 mL or 3 1/8 cup Northern Legend Smoky Barbecue Sauce Brown beef in hot oil. Turn to brown all sides. Place beef in deep baking pan.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over beef.

Cover tightly and bake at 325°F for 3 to 4 hours or until beef shreds easily.

Serve on onion bun with fried potato wedges, salad or coleslaw, and an extra side of barbecue sauce.
