Tilapia Parmesano Courtesy Of: High Liner Foods Tilapia Parmesano 12 12 - 5oz portions Tilapia fillets, thawed 2 Vegetable bouillion cubes, crumbled 1 cup Boiling water 1/2 cup Dry white wine 2 cups Italian-style dry bread crumbs 1/2 cup Melted butter 4 Egg yolks 2 Green onions, thinly sliced 3/4 cup Grated parmesan cheese Place tilapia fillets in a single layer in a large shallow baking pan.

Dissolve vegetable bouillion cubes in boiling water; add wine. Pour mixture over fillets.

Combine bread crumbs and butter. Ass egg yolks and green onion, stirring until well blended.

Spread crumb mixture over fillets. Sprinkle evenly with parmesan cheese.

Bake uncovered at 370 degrees F for 20 minutes, or until topping is golden and fish flakes easily with a fork.
