Peach Smoothie Courtesy Of: California Cling Peach Board Peach Smoothie 48 (10 oz/300 mL Servings) 10 - 2.84 L cans or 10 - 100 oz cans Sysco Imperial Peach Slices in Light Syrup 6.25 Kg or 12.5 lbs Ripe banana, sliced 2 L or 2 quarts Nonfat flavoured yogurt (vanilla or peach) 3.2 L or 3 quarts, 1 cup Skim milk 125 Ice cubes In food processor or blender, blend 50 oz (1.4 L) – half of a can, of peaches until smooth. Add 1 lb (454 mL) banana and blend, add 1 cup (250 mL) yogurt and blend. Add 2½ cups (625 mL) skim milk and blend. Add 10-12 ice cubes and blend until smooth.

Repeat the process until the desired quantity is achieved.

Substitute nonfat frozen yogurt in place of nonfat yogurt and ice cubes. Prepared smoothie mixture may be frozen until ready to serve.
