Tart and Tasty Stuffing Courtesy Of: The Cherry Marketing Institute Tart and Tasty Stuffing 6 servings 30 mL or 2Tbsp Butter or Margarine 150 mL or 3/4 cup Celery 125 mL or 1/2 cup Onion 5 mL or 1 tsp Thyme 1 mL or 1/4 tsp Poultry seasoning 170 g or 7 ounce Dried herb seasoned stuffing cubes 150 mL or 3/4 cup Chicken broth 500 mL or 2 cups Frozen unsweetened tart cherries, thawed and drained Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add celery and onion; cook two to three minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Stir in thyme and seasoning.

Combine celery mixture, stuffing cubes and broth in a large bowl. Gently stir in cherries. Spoon into a lightly greased 2 quart (2L) casserole.

Bake, covered, in a preheated 350 degree F (180 degree C) oven for 30 minutes, or until mixture is hot. (or use to stuff a turkey)
