Seaspuds Courtesy Of: The Dinghy Dock Pub Seaspuds Serves 8 4 Baked potatoes 250 mL or 1 cup Sour cream 125 mL or 1/2 cup Shrimp 5 mL or 1 tsp Lemon juice 30 mL or 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise 75 mL or 1/3 cup Bacon bits 5 mL or 1 tsp Hot sauce or Tabasco sauce 2 mL or 1/2 tsp Garlic powder 5 mL or 1 tsp Dill 75 mL or 1/3 cup Diced green onions 125 mL or 1/2 cup Crab Bake spuds and cut lengthwise in half. Scoop out the potato and mash it. Add the rest of the ingredients to the mash and mix up.

Put the mixture back into the potato skins. Microwave for 2-3 minutes or put under broiler.
