Sunset Patio Pasta Courtesy Of: Sysco Imperial/McCormick Sunset Patio Pasta Serves 24 750 g or 24 oz Arrezzio penne pasta 3 - 3.75 L or 12 - 15 cups Assorted vegetables (zucchini, peppers, squash, onions, broccoli, mushrooms) 175 mL or 3/4 cup Olive oil, divided 45 mL or 3 Tbsp Sysco Imperial/McCormick Chicken Seasoning 75 mL or 1/3 cup Balsamic vinegar Preheat grill. Cook pasta according to package directions. Toss vegetables with 3 Tbsp (45 mL) oil and 1 Tbsp (15 mL) of the chicken seasoning.

Place vegetables in a grill basket or on skewers; grill until tender, about 8-10 minutes, turning frequently. Combine balsamic vinegar, remaining oil and remaining chicken seasoning in a large bowl. Add cooked pasta and vegetables and toss well. Serve warm or chilled.
