Nectarine Salsa Courtesy Of: California Tree Fruit Agreement Nectarine Salsa Serves 24, 1 ounce (30 g) serving 500 g or 1lb 8 oz Nectarines, ripe, pitted 30 g or 1 oz Green onion, chopped 50 mL or 1/4 cup Lime juice 30 mL or 2 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped 30 mL or 2 Tbsp Jalapeno peppers, diced and drained Coarsely chop nectarines; combine with onion, lime juice, cilantro and peppers. Stir to mix lightly. Cover and chill until served.
