Grilled Milano Panini Courtesy Of: Sysco Corporation Grilled Milano Panini One sandwich Sliced Ciabatta 2 Slices of Bread (lightly brushed with Extra virgin olive oil) 60 g or 2 oz Mayo Spread* 3 Slices of Roasted Eggplant one slice Provolone cheese 60 g or 2 oz Roasted red peppers 15 g or 1/2 oz Sysco Natural Spring mix lettuce * Mayo spread is made by combining 8 parts mayo mixed with 1 part pesto or relish. Apply Mayo spread sparingly. Too much spread on sandwiches will cause them to become messy when grilled.

Grill bread until lightly browned and crisp. Remove from grill. Assemble sandwich by applying light spreading of mayo spread, roasted eggplant, provolone cheese, red peppers and lettuce mix. Cut lengthwise on an angle.
