Ice cream with KiwiFruit Sauce Courtesy Of: New Zealand Kiwifruit Marketing Board Ice cream with KiwiFruit Sauce 24 servings 750 mL or 3 cups Granulated sugar 125 mL or 1/3 cup Lemon juice 125 mL or 1/3 cup Butter 30 Kiwifruit, peeled, sliced 1.5 L or 1 1/2 qt Strawberries, stemmed and quartered 1.5 L or 1 1/2 qt Pineapple chunks 3 L or 3 qt Vanilla ice cream Combine sugar and 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) water in skillet; bring to boil. Boil 3 to 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Whisk in lemon juice and butter.

Add Kiwifruit, berries and pineapple. Stir until coated with sugar syrup; remove from heat.

For each serving; ladle earm fruit sauce onto serving dish. Top with ice cream.
