Calypso Pizza Courtesy Of: The Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board Calypso Pizza One 16 inch (42 cm) pizza 180 g or 6 oz White meat chicken, diced 90 g or 3 oz Cooked bacon bits 90 g or 3 oz Ham, sliced 120 g or 4 oz Pineapple, small chunks 45 g or 1-1/2 oz Imperial diced red and green bell pepper, sliced onion 15 mL or 1 Tbsp Fresh garlic, chopped 15 mL or 1 Tbsp Sysco Imperial McCormick Jamaican Jerk Spice 120 g or 4 oz Monterey Jack cheese, shredded 120 g or 4 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded 120 g or 4 oz Mozzarella cheese, shredded 600 g or 20 oz Arezzio pizza dough 180 g or 6 oz Arrezzio pizza sauce Combine the first nine ingredients (from chicken to jerk spice) and set aside.

Combine cheeses to make a pizza cheese blend. Stretch pizza dough into a 16 inch (42 cm) pizza screen. Top dough with 6 oz (180 g) of your favourite Arrezzio pizza sauce. Sprinkle half the pizza cheese blend over sauce. Spread chicken mixture evenly over entire pizza. Sprinkle other half of pizza cheese blend over top.

Bake at 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) for 6 - 15 minutes.
