Grilled Mango Chicken Courtesy Of: H.J. Heinz Grilled Mango Chicken Serves 4 Marinade 4 Chicken breasts, boneless and skinless (6oz/150g) 125 mL or 1/2 cup Diana's Marinade, Lemon and Pepper 125 mL or 1/2 cup Orange juice Barbecue Sauce 1 Mango, ripe, peeled and chopped 2 Green onions, chopped 15 mL or 1 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro, chopped 25 mL or 2 Tbsp Olive oil 1 Lime, juiced 125 mL or 1/2 cup Chili sauce 50 mL or 1/4 cup Heinz Ketchup Kickers, Hot and Spicy Salt and freshly ground pepper Place chicken in a dish and pour Diana's Lemon and Pepper marinade and orange juice over. Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours. Meanwhile, prepare Mango sauce in a blender. Combining mango, green onion, cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, chili sauce, and Heinz Ketchup Kickers. Blend until smooth. Transfer sauce to a glass container.

Preheat grill to medium high. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade, and grill for 5-6 minutes, basting with mango sauce, until chicken is fully cooked.

Remove from grill and serve with sliced fresh mango.
