Chicken Salsa Melts Courtesy Of: Kraft Canada Chicken Salsa Melts 48 muffin halves, two halves/serving 1.4 L or 6 cups Chicken, cooked and diced 500 mL or 2 cups Mushrooms, sliced 375 mL or 1 1/2 cups Salsa 250 mL or 1 cup MIRACLE WHIP light salad dressing 250 mL or 1 cup Green onions, sliced 500 mL or 2 cups Red and green peppers, diced 24 English muffins, split, toasted 24 Kraft processed cheese slices, cut into triangles Combine chicken, mushrooms, salsa, salad dressing, onion and peppers; mix lightly.

Top muffin halves with 50 mL (1/4 cup) chicken mixture. Place on ungreased baking sheets.

Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for ten minutes. Top with cheese slice triangle. Continue baking until cheese melts.
