Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms Courtesy Of: Sysco Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms 20 - 22 servings 15 - 25 Mushroom Buttons 500 ml 2 cups Seasoned dry bread crumbs 45 ml 3 tbsp Olive oil 125 ml 1/2 cup Sysco Natural onion, finely chopped 125 ml 1/2 cup Sysco Natural green onion, finely chopped 75 ml 1/4 cup Backfin crab meat 75 ml 1/4 cup Shrimp finely diced Salt and pepper to taste Saute onions in butter until tender. Add shrimp, crabmeat, salt and pepper. Stir frequently. When shrimp is almost cooked, add green onions. After shrimp is cooked, pour seafood mixture into bowl. Add bread crumbs and mix well.

Spoon mixture into mushroom caps.
