Stuffed Artichoke Hearts Courtesy Of: Sysco Stuffed Artichoke Hearts 12 - 14 servings 12 - 14 Artichoke hearts 500 ml or 2 cups Seasoned dry bread crumbs 125 ml or 1/2 cup Shredded parmesan cheese 125 ml or 1/2 cup Sysco Natural onion, finely chopped 45 ml or 3 tbsp Olive oil 1 ml or 1/4 tsp Sysco Natural garlic, chopped Salt and pepper to taste Saute onions and garlic, salt and pepper in olive oil until tender. Drain artichokes well and then warm.

Pour onions and garlic into a bowl, add bread crumbs and cheese, and mix well. Spoon mixture into warm artichoke hearts. Top with sprinkling of parmesan cheese.
