Pumpkin Pie Courtesy Of: Sysco Pumpkin Pie 4.5 kg or 10 lb Can Sysco Imperial Pumpkin 9 9 Inch ready to bakepie shell 16 Eggs 1.5 kg or 3 lbs, 14 oz Granulated sugar 250 ml or 1 cup Non fat dry milk 300 ml or 1 1/4 cup Flour 20 ml or 1 1/3 Tbsp Ground cinnamon 22 ml or 1 1/2 Tbsp Ground ginger 15 ml or 1 Tbsp Ground cloves 20 ml or 1 1/3 Tbsp Salt 125 ml or 1/2 cup Dark syrup 2000 ml or 2 quarts Milk Blend pumpkin and eggs together. In a separate bowl, combine sugar, dry milk, flour, salt and spices. Add the dry mixture to the pumpkin mixture and blend. Gradually stir in syrup and milk and stir until smooth.
Portion the mixture into 9 unbaked pie shells. Bake each at 450 F for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 F and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
