Summer Fruit Salad Courtesy Of: Kraft Canada Summer Fruit Salad Serves 24 600 mL or 3 cups Kraft Signature Collection Summerfield Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing 360 g or 12 cups Boston Bibb lettuce, torn 360 g or 12 cups Leaf lettuce, torn 360 g or 12 cups Watercress, trimmed 720 g or 1 1/2 cups Strawberries, quartered 1 kg or 2 1/4 lbs Cantaloupe, seeds removed, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes 300 g or 12 oz Cashew halves or pieces, roasted Combine lettuces and divide among plates.
Arrange fruit and nuts overtop.
Drizzle with about 1 oz of dressing over each salad. Serve immediately.
