Papaya and Cucumber Salad Courtesy Of: Kraft Canada Papaya and Cucumber Salad Serves 24 600 mL or 3 cups Kraft Signature Collection Poppyseed Dressing 1 kg or 2 1/4 lb Boston Bibb lettuce, cleaned 1 kg or 2 1/4 lb Papaya, fresh or canned & drained sliced 750 g or 1 1/2 lbs Cucumber, thinly sliced 90 g or 6 Tbsp Red onion, thinly sliced 600 g or 72 shrimp Medium-sized shrimp, peeled, cleaned and cooked Divide lettuce amongst plates. Arrange papaya, cucumber, onion and shrimp over top.

Drizzle with about 1 oz of fressing per plate. Serve right away.
