Creamy Tuna and Wild Rice Salad Courtesy Of: Kraft Canada Creamy Tuna and Wild Rice Salad Serves 24 1.5 L or 6 cups Kraft Classics Thousand Island Dressing 450 mL or 2 cups Sour cream 450 g or 2 cups Kraft Shredded medium cheddar cheese 4.5 kg or 18 cups Long-grain white rice, cooked 750 g or 3 cups Wild rice, cooked 300 g or 1 1/2 cups Red peppers, finely diced 300 g or 1 1/2 cups Yellow peppers, finely diced 300 g or 1 1/2 cups Green onions, thinly sliced 750 g or 3 cups Tuna, canned, drained, chunks or flakes Mix together dressing, sour cream and cheese.
Combine all ingredients together and mix well. If not serving right away, toss again right before serving, adding more dressing mixture of necessary.

Tips and Hints: Cook wild rice with plenty of salted water, simmering for 45 minutes. Drain, rinse, and toss with the cooked long-grain rice.
