Char Grilled Orange and Ginger Chicken Char Grilled Orange and Ginger Chicken 8 servings 8 Chicken breasts 4 Fresh squeezed oranges 500 mL or 2 cups Molasses 50 g or 3 Tbsp Fresh ginger 50 g or 3 Tbsp Brown sugar Salt and pepper to taste Mix together all ingredients in a stainless steel bowl. Marinate chicken in mix for 2-3 hours in refrigerator. Cook chicken over grill until cooked, approximately 12 minutes, making sure grill marks are permanent on both sides. Slice chicken into 4-5 slices and fan on plate. Garnish with orange slices.

Serve with asparagus and wild mushroom rice pilaf.
