Quaker Oatmeal Apple Crisp Courtesy Of: QTG (Quaker Tropicana Gatorade) Quaker Oatmeal Apple Crisp Serves 8 4 cups Cooking apples, about 5 , large peeled 1 1/2 Tbsp Brown sugar 1 Tbsp Lemon juice 1/4 cup Water 1 cup Quaker Oats, any variety, uncooked 1/3 cup All purpose flour 3/4 cup Brown sugar 1/2 tsp Salt 1/3 cup Butter or margarine melted Place apples in greased shallow 22 cm (9") square baking dish.
Sprinkle with lemon juice, 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar and water.
Combine remaining dry ingredients in a separate bowl; add melted butter, mixing until crumbly.
Sprinkle crumb mixture on top of the apples.
Bake at 375 o F for 30 minutes or until apples are tender.

*Can also use pouches of "Maple & Brown Sugar" or "Cinnamon & Spice" Instant Quaker Oatmeal by removing the following:
1 cup of Quaker Oats
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Add pouches of Instant Quaker Oatmeal
