Crunchy Parfaits Courtesy Of: QTG (Quaker Tropicana Gatorade) Crunchy Parfaits Serves 6 1 1/2 cups Quaker Harvest Crunch Cereal, Original Blend 1 L Vanilla ice cream, softened 300 g Canned raspberries or frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed 2 Tbsp Sugar 1 Tbsp Cornstarch Stir Quaker Harvest Crunch into ice cream. Cover and freeze until firm. Drain raspberries, reserving juice; set fruit aside. Combine sugar and corn starch in a small saucepan.

Stir in raspberry juice. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat; cook 2 minutes longer; cool. Stir drained raspberries into sauce. Alternately spoon ice cream mixture and raspberry sauce into parfait glasses. Garnish.
