Caramel Squares Courtesy Of: QTG (Quaker Tropicana Gatorade) Caramel Squares Serves 9 125 g Vanilla Caramels (approx 20) 125 mL Evaporated milk 2 1/2 cups Quaker Harvest Crunch Cereal 6 cups Vanilla ice cream Combine carmels and evaporated milk in a saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until caramels melt and sauce is smoothly combined. Cool completely.

Sprinkle half of the HARVEST CRUNCH in a 2.5L (9 inch) square cake pan. Alternately spoon ice cream and cooled caramel sauce** over cereal; pack down lightly.
Sprinkle remaining half of HARVEST CRUNCH over surface; press down lightly. Cover and freeze until firm.
