Blue Cran Currant Muffins Courtesy Of: QTG (Quaker Tropicana Gatorade) Blue Cran Currant Muffins 12, 4oz muffins 5 cups Blueberry muffin batter 1/3 cup Cranberries, frozen 1/3 cup Currants, frozen Scoop batter in medium size bowl. Add in ingredients and stir until well blended. Scoop muffin into prepared muffin tins using a #10 scoop. Bake in a convection oven at 325F or in a conventional oven at 375F for 25-30 minutes.
