Light Hearted Barbeque Kabobs Courtesy Of: QTG (Quaker Tropicana Gatorade) Light Hearted Barbeque Kabobs Serves 8 1 1/2 lbs Lean ground chicken 1 cup Quaker Oats (any variety, uncooked) 1 Egg, slightly beaten 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Black pepper 1 Tbsp Horseradish 1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce 3 Tbsp Skim milk 16 Cherry tomatoes 24 Green pepper pieces, approx 1 1/2 inch square 16 Medium-sized mushrooms 1/2 cup Barbeque sauce Combine ground chicken, Quaker Oats, eggs, salt, pepper, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and milk. Shape mixture into 24 meatballs.

Alternate green pepper pieces, 3 meatballs, tomatoes and mushrooms on eight 30 cm (12") metal skewers. Brush with barbeque sauce.

Place kabobs over hot coals or in broiler 15 cm (6") from source of heat. Cook about 8 minutes. Turn; brush again with barbeque sauce. Cook 4-8 minutes or until done. Serve with additional barbeque sauce.
