Garden Lentil and Rice Salad Courtesy Of: Kraft Canada Garden Lentil and Rice Salad 10 Large carrots, diced 500 mL or 2 cups Natural long grain rice, cooked 4 Celery stalk, thinly sliced 100 mL or 4 cups Canned lentils, rinsed and drained 500 mL or 2 cups Kraft Classic Calorie Wise Zest Italian Dressing 175 mL or 3/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped 5 mL or 1 tsp Salt In a saucepan, cook carrots in boiling water 5 minutes, or just until tender. Drain and transfer to bowl.

Combine all ingredients. Let cool and marinate for several hours before serving.
