Chicken Enchiladas Courtesy Of: Kraft Canada Chicken Enchiladas Serves 12 2 Onions, chopped 30 mL or 2 Tbsp Vegetable oil 1 kg or 2.2 lb Chicken, cooked, finely chopped 375 mL or 1 1/2 cups Black olives, sliced 375 mL or 1 1/2 cups Kraft Classics Rancher's Choice Dressing 24 Flour tortillas 625 mL or 2 1/2 cups Chunky salsa 625 mL or 2 1/2 cups Kraft Shredded Cheddar/Montery Jack Blend cheese Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook and stir onions in oil until tender.
Stir in chicken, olives and dressing.

Spoon about 125 mL (1/2 cup) of chicken mixture in centre of each tortilla; roll up. Place seam side down in baking dish. Pour salsa over tortillas and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes.
