Teriyaki Steak Skewers Courtesy Of: Kraft Canada Teriyaki Steak Skewers Serves 4 1/2 cup Steak sauce 2 Tbsp Soy sauce 2Tbsp Packed brown sugar 2 Garlic cloves, minced 1 tsp Ground ginger 1 Boneless beef top sirloin steak (1lb), cut into thin strips 2 cups Fresh or canned pineapple chunks 2 Red and/or green bell peppers, cut into chunks Mix steak sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic and ginger. Place meat in glass bowl or plastic bag; add 1/4 cup of the steak sauce mixture, mixing to coat meat. Cover.
Refrigerate for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Alternately thread meat, pineapple and pepper on 8 skewers.

Grill or broil 4 to 6 minutes or until desired doneness, turning and brushing occasionally with remaining steak sauce mixture.
