Tangy Chicken Dijon Courtesy Of: Kraft Canada Tangy Chicken Dijon Serves 6 1/2 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard 1/2 cup Ketchup 1/3 cup Orange marmalade 1 Tnsp Reduced sodium soy sauce 1 Tbsp Dried minced onion 1 Clove garlic, crushed 1 1/2 lbs Boneless skinless chicken breast halves or boneless thighs Blend mustard, ketchup, marmalade, soy sauce, onion and garlic. Place chicken in nonmetal dish or plastic bag; add 1/3 cup mustard mixture; turning to coat.
Cover, refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
Grill or broil chicken about 6 to 8 minutes per side or until done.
Heat remaining mustard mixture; serve with chicken.
