Shrimp Pizza Courtesy Of: High Liner Foods Foodservice Shrimp Pizza 12 Servings 510 g or 18 oz High Liner Cooked Frozen Salad Shrimp, thawed 375 ml or 1 1/2 cups Prepared pizza sauce 500 ml or 2 cups Marinated artichoke hearts, cut into thin wedges 45 ml or 3 Tbsp Capers 250 ml or 1 cup Pitted sliced black olives (85 g - 3 oz) 510 g or 18 oz Mozzarella cheese, grated 45 ml or 3 Tbsp Grated fresh parmesan cheese Salt and pepper to taste, fresh dill to garnish On each pre-baked pizza shell, spread 125 ml (1/2 cup) of the sauce over the pizza base and top with 170 g (6 oz) salad shrimp and 150 ml (2/3 cup) sliced artichoke hearts.

Sprinkle the 15 ml (1 Tbsp) capers and 75 ml (1/3 cup) olives, top with 170 g (6 oz) mozzarella and 15 ml (1 Tbsp) grated parmesan.

Bake pizzas at 450 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes.

Season to taste and garnish with sprigs of dill.
