Seafood Fettucini Alfredo Courtesy Of: SEA LEGS Seafood Fettucini Alfredo Serves 24 1 - 1.5 kg or 21/2 lbs SEA LEGS thawed and flaked 1.5 kg or 3 lbs Fettuccine, cooked al dente 750 g or 1 1/2 lbs Butter 2 L or 8 cups Whipping cream 750 g or 1 1/2 lbs Parmesan cheese, grated 10 mL or 2 tsp Ground white pepper 5 mL or 1 tsp Ground nutmeg 7 mL or 1 tsp Parlsey, chopped Melt butter in skillet over low heat, add cooked fettuccine, toss to coat.

Stir in whipping cream and Parmesan cheese; gently mix 2 minutes or until sauce is creamy. Sprinkle with white pepper and nutmeg.

Add SEA LEGS and chopped parsley; toss to mix well.
Serve immediately.
