Lemon Herbed Chicken Courtesy Of: QTG (Quaker Tropicana Gatorade) Lemon Herbed Chicken Serves 6 3/4 cup Quaker Oat Bran hot cereal, uncooked 1/2 tsp Garlic powder 1/4 tsp Pepper 1/2 tsp Salt 1 Egg white, lightly beaten 2 Tbsp Lemon juice 1 Tbsp Water 6 Boneless chicken breasts 1/4 cup if fresh or 1 1/4 tsp Sniped fresh parsley or dried parsley flakes Heat Oven to 350 degrees F. In a shallow dish, combine QUAKER OAT BRAN, garlic powder, pepper, parsley and salt; mix well.

In another shallow dish lightly beat egg white and water together.
Dip chicken into egg mixture, then coat with oat bran mixture.
Place coated chicken pieces on a broiling pan.
Sprinkle lemon juice evenly over chicken pieces. Bake 50-55 minutes or until chicken is tender and coating is lightly browned.
Remove chicken to serving platter.

Squeeze lemon wedge over chicken before serving, if desired.
