Beef Paprika Courtesy Of: The Beef Information Centre Beef Paprika 20 Servings 3 kg or 6.6 lbs Cooked roast beef, cubed or cut into strips 3 Onions, medium chopped 50 mL or 1/4 Cup Butter 1 L or 4 Cups Heavy Cream 1 L or 4 Cups Medium White Sauce 75 mL or 1/3 Cup Paprika 10 mL or 2 tsp Parsley, Finely chopped Pepper, as desired Saute onions in butter until tender. Drain off excess fat.

Add cream; simmer five minutes.

Blend in white sauce, beef, paprika and parsley. Heat thoroughly. Serve over noodles.
