Thai Chicken or Shrimp Sticks Courtesy Of: KRAFT CANADA Thai Chicken or Shrimp Sticks 24 Servings, 1 Skewer Per Person 125mL or 1/2 Cup MIRACLE WHIP Salad Dressing 125mL or 1/2 Cup KRAFT Smooth Peanut Butter 125mL or 1/2 Cup Chicken broth 50mL or 1/4 Cup KRAFT liquid honey 50mL or 1/4 Cup Soy sauce 5mL or 1tsp Garlic powder 1.5kg or 3lbs Boneless* chicken breast, cut *May be substituted with 1kg (2.2lbs) large shrimp, peeled and deveined. Combine all ingredients, except chicken or shrimp in a small bowl.

Pour into leak-proof plastic bag: add chicken or shrimp. Press out air and seal.

For chicken, marinate in refrigerator 2 hours minimum. If using shrimp, marinate 1 hour maximum.

Thread 4 chicken cubes or 3 shrimp on each skewer.

Place on foil-lined baking sheet; broil 4 minutes per side until cooked and lightly browned.
